Balance Sound Therapy and Yoga was founded with one goal in mind; to support and enhance wellbeing. Based on first-hand experience of their effectiveness, plus research, we chose to begin this journey with sound relaxation therapy and hatha yoga. Primarily, our aim is to help you feel better. Whether attending a Balance yoga class or a sound or gong bath, we hope that you will leave the session feeling lighter, calmer, more focused, relaxed, refreshed and - perhaps most crucially - rebalanced. We believe that balance is the art of life - and like all art can seem simple and effortless when we see it practiced in a way that both masks and reveals the effort that is often required. We make no claims to have found the keys to a new you (although through regular yoga practice and the opportunity for insight that the sound bath can offer you will certainly come to know yourself better) or a stress-free existence (though hatha yoga can be thought of as a 'tool kit' to better navigate through life). We do believe that what we offer will be of benefit; certainly subtle, perhaps profound.
